Toner Cartridge Recycling and Printer Recycling Programs

Who knew that you could actually make a living off of other people’s trash? There is a big trend sweeping the nation now that more and more people are finding themselves out of work. It is the trend of buying and flipping. As it turns out, nearly anything can be bought and then sold immediately for a profit.

For example, what do you do with your cartridges when you are done with them? Hopefully you do not throw them away, as they still have value! Different toner cartridge recycling programs may buy back your used cartridge to be remanufactured into brand new cartridges! That means money goes into your pocket while the environment is being saved. Those remanufactured cartridges also get sold for much less than what the original cartridges sold for. That is because it costs much more to create a new cartridge from scratch, instead of just repairing them and refilling them. Other toner cartridge recycling programs may offer you coupons for future purchases, free office supplies like printing paper or other goodies for your office.

Other ways to make some extra cash include selling old office furniture that you may have gotten from offices that are looking to redecorate or upgrade their furniture. Desks, chairs, couches and even framed artwork are just samples of what commonly goes in and out of an office when upgrades are being made. Feel free to call around and ask when and if the company is getting rid of their furniture. If they plan on throwing anything away, offer to come pick it up for them. Old printers and computer often fetch a small price at a repair shop or a recycling center, as well. Anything that is technical can always be sold for at least a small price to those who are looking to use the parts for future projects.
